• For larger pieces, including chairs, coffee tables, side tables and unique statement pieces, production typically takes 4–6 weeks. Once production is complete, shipping can take approximately 8 weeks depending on the product, destination and shipping method.

Returns
At Lora Milano, we want every piece to find its rightful place in your home. Should you wish to return your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process, allowing you 30 days to return your items, without fuss.
UK Returns
For returns within the UK, please contact us at hello@loramilano.com, and our team will be pleased to assist you in arranging your refund. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your goods.
International returns
For customers residing outside mainland UK, we are unable to offer a complimentary returns service. We kindly ask that all returns be sent using a reputable carrier and a fully tracked delivery service.
Returning your order
While we take care to make the returns process as smooth as possible, Lora Milano cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We therefore recommend retaining your proof of postage and tracking details until your return has been safely received.
